Technical
Connecting Bubble - and thus more than 175 CRM applications - to your 3CX [plug-in] phone system is very easy. With Bubble, you connect the telephony platform 3CX [plug-in] based on the 3CX [plug-in] API. With this, you set up a secure and stable connection. In order to communicate with the 3CX [plug-in] API, it is necessary to install our plug-in on the 3CX [plug-in] server. By adding the internal phone numbers (extensions) to the Bubble portal, the events will be delivered to the correct user. Only Linux servers are supported. For installations based on a 3CX Enterprise license, you can use the 3CX API telephony connector.
